Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
During my time in the military, I was positioned in a small Blood supply detachment. Due to the size, I was commissioned to perform duties such as training NCO, Unit armorer and IT specialist in addition to my MOS duties. This has allowed me to be in a position of leadership and allowed me to be nimble in field and hospital settings . In business, these skills are crucial in growth, delegation, dealing with adversities and being able to wear multiple hats.
